The SOP Training Manual, affectionately dubbed the “SOP Bible” by the CEO, served as the core operational guide across all three Fire Bros. facilities. It standardized processes across departments, ensured compliance, and supported new and existing staff in performing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Purpose & Scope:

Provided consistent instructions for all employees across production, packaging, fulfillment, and administrative tasks.
Included physical and digital copies for accessibility.
Contained visual charts and diagrams to enhance understanding and speed onboarding.
Featured a bilingual section (English & Mandarin) to accommodate Mandarin-speaking staff, ensuring inclusivity and comprehension.
